| Basic Job Description The position of special event coordinator for Accel Party Rentals & Design covers a range of different jobs and skills. As the title indicates, a special event coordinator's job centers around coordinating, or producing, the event. It is the job of a coordinator to manage all the details of an event, overcome all the challenges and problems that may arise, and oversee the work to a successful completion. The key to success is balance. A successful special event coordinator must be at once tenacious yet accommodating, to-the-point yet easygoing, swift in accomplishing tasks yet make each customer feel like they are the only ones who matter. Character traits that lead to success include being well-organized, having the ability to multitask and being driven to provide the absolute best finished product to the client and Accel Rentals. Success in this position requires you to accomplish certain goals and be proficient in certain capacities. Although the following is by no means a complete list, these traits and skills outline the key features of a great special event coordinator. |

Print and manage any reports necessary to oversee daily sales operations |

Achieve Semi-Monthly target of Reqired Work Hours |

Set, post, and adhere to a consistent work schedule |
Field Duties |

Assist clients when requested or necessary in site inspections |

Continuously look for and pursue sales opportunities when they present themselves |

Continuously look for ways to lower or eliminate unnecessary costs to Accel Rentals' |
